I take great pride in assisting all vets as well as people
with disabilities. Here I'm pictured with Max Cleeland at a
dinner in Boston. We were with several veterans groups
and independent living centers that night and we talked
of the many challenges of all people, vets and non vets.
John Hikel  was the March 2007 recipient of the NH Innovation Rocks
award presented by Governor Lynch.

I got to meet the stars of Queer Eye, Kyan and Carson
on the set while they were taping a show featuring a US
Marine who had been Spinal Cord injured in Iraq.
